Thank you for visiting Innocentearth.ca! We welcome you to our site and hope your experience is a positive one. To assist in any questions you might have we have provided the following terms and conditions. Your use of this site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms of use. These terms and conditions may be modified at any time and therefore we encourage you to review them whenever you visit our site.

Payment

Payment must be made in-full prior to shipment of order.
We accept payment by VISA, MasterCard, and PayPal. Our credit card payment processing is managed by Moneris and the transaction is kept secure with a SSL 128bit encryption. If you prefer to pay by credit card but not enter this information online, you may call us to place your order.

Coupons and discounts may only be applied to regular-priced items. Coupons and discounts may not be combined with other sales and/or promotions unless stated otherwise.

Currency

All prices are in Canadian dollars.

Taxes

All Canadian residents are subject to pay 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST). We do not charge PST.

Errors

At Innocent Earth Inc. we do our best to present the most recent, most accurate, and most reliable information on our web site at all times. However, our site may contain unintentional inaccuracies in descriptions of products, dimensions, pricing and/or availability. We reserve the right to amend errors or to update product information at any time without prior notice. Innocentearth.ca also reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders for products that have been purchased at an inaccurate price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Innocent Earth shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Cancellations

You are able to cancel any item from your order without penalty prior to shipment. If you notice any changes that may need to be corrected in your order, or wish to cancel any items,  please call or email us immediately.  However, if we have already packaged the item and not yet shipped the parcel, it will be subject to a restocking fee of 10% of the value of canceled items. If the parcel has been shipped, it will be processed as a return. Please see our Return Policy for more information.

Shipping Policy

All orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days from Calgary, Alberta. Please note we do not ship orders on weekends or statutory holidays. In many instances we are able to process and ship the same day.

Shipping is free with orders over $150 (pre-tax). Under $150 a shipping charge of $10 applies. Large and heavy parcels, as well as parcels being sent to remote locations, may incur extra charges. We will inform you of the cost of these charges with an option to cancel prior to shipment.  

Calgary Residents can save on shipping fees through our limited local pick-up offer. Please call for more information.

Once your order is processed we will send your order through Canada Post Expedited parcel. Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be delivered.  

Should you need faster delivery times, please contact us to make arrangements for 2 - 3 day delivery service through Canada Post or UPS. Unfortunately at this time, we are not able to ship to destinations outside of Canada.

Once an order has been shipped we will send a confirmation email with delivery details, parcel contents and a tracking number. Please contact Innocent Earth Inc. within 3 days of delivery receipt if there are any discrepancies with order contents and invoice.

Return Policy

Innocent Earth Inc. is confident that you will be happy with your purchases, but if by chance you are not completely satisfied, we have a simple Return & Exchange Policy:

• Items purchased at regular price or on sale 25% or less, are returnable for full refund within 14 days of original purchase minus the shipping cost. A 10% restocking fee may also be applied.
• Items purchased at greater than 25% off the regular price are final sale.
• Personal Care Items such as skin care and undergarments are final sale.
• We will only accept items that are unwashed, unused, and have original packaging and tags for full refund.

Free Exchange Shipping

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returned products, however replacement products requested in exchange for returned products, are shipped free of charge.  Although Innocent Earth Inc. pays for the shipping of exchanges, we ask that you consider the environmental impact additional shipping incurs when preparing your order.
